


ok so i decided to start working out again, I have always been like 120lbs up untill i got pregnant with my son at the end of my pregnancy i was 185 after a had my son in 2006 i stayed at about 150. I have tried everything to lose this weight, but i can't seem to keep at it. I've started working out again, I do 30min of cardio either ( walking, jump roping,or zumba) then I work on my abs, arms, and butt, and i do this about 5 time a week sometime morning and night. My goal is to lose about 10lbs and get my flat stomach back.
