OK i like really need to lose about 10-15lbs before the summer , sometime i just cant believe that I'm this big.i have always been 120 with a nice shape, but after my 2 kids i am now at 167 i got to get back in shape.

so the fam had dinner and a movie last night,we ate at apple be's and took my son to see chipmunk (ship wrecked), he loved it!!!

i watch water for elephants last night it was pretty good, kids are gone so i had a little time to get some work done made some little boy bow ties, so now i guess i will relax and watch columbiana!!!!!!!!

ok so i decided to start working out again, I have always been like 120lbs up untill i got pregnant with my son at the end of my pregnancy i was 185 after a had my son in 2006 i stayed at about 150. I have tried everything to lose this weight, but i can't seem to keep at it. I've started working out again, I do 30min of cardio either ( walking, jump roping,or zumba) then I work on my abs, arms, and butt, and i do this about 5 time a week sometime morning and night. My goal is to lose about 10lbs and get my flat stomach back.

Ok so I've been hearing a lot about theies move twilight so I wanted to see was they that good so I order the first one off netflix and watched it last night and it was very good, I didnt think I would like it but i did so i order the other two to watch them also, I know im so late to jump on this twilight train but i think im a fan now, over and out van!!!!!!

Country Style Rib Dinner

For today's dinner i made country styles ribs with cornbread, mac & cheese, and cabbage. I season the ribs then boiled them in water, let then cook for about an hour then drain most of the water out and added bar-b-que sauce then let cook for about 30 more minutes. The mac & cheese was home-made, I boil the noodles then season them , then added sum mild chedder cheese, 4 cheese cheese, and velveeta cheese added milk and cook for about 45 minutes. Thats what we had for dinner today over and out Van!!!!!

This is a canvas that i made of my grandda who pass june 30, 2008, he was a great man, and i miss him so much. He left 10 kids, 42 grandkids, 73 great grandkids, and 3 great great grandkids to cherish his memories. He will always be miss, love you daddy. Over and out Van!!!

Hambuger patty Dinner

ok so today i cooked a quick simple but good meal ,hambuger patties with gravy,rice, and rolls

so simple a cave man can do it (lol) ,the hambuger patties i bought already made i just seasoned them, the gravy wasn't home- made i bought it in a pack, i put the patties in the oven then made the gravy as the pack directed, then just poured the gravy on top and let them cook.the rice was lipton cook in 7 minutes rice chicken and broccoli favor, the rolls was some yeast roll that i bought, thats it a quick meal especially for someone who just start cooking. Over and out van!!!!

ok so i got up early this moring (and i hate getting up early) i did my husband cousin make-up for her senior pictures and i did a great job. did a lil running around with my husband, now i have nothing to do guess i will go over my moms for a lil while. Over and Out van!!!
